Lighthouse Inc. is a 501c3 not for profit organization that serves children in families in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood.

The vision for our community is complete when the kids in our community are thriving as students, citizens, employees, leaders shaping the future of the community. Investing in these young people, is an investment for time and eternity.

Lighthouse Inc. was started in an effort to meet people at their place of need and put faith into action through our programs.

Its practical ministry, going out and not only sharing resources, but getting to know them, gaining new friends, and together building a stronger community in the Central neighborhood.

Lighthouse Inc. has many ways to get involved. Please contact us if you are interested in helping in any way or simply want more information. There is no pressure, but we want to share this opportunity to build community. Any concerns, ideas, or questions are appreciated so please feel free to tell us your thoughts.

History

History

Lighthouse, Inc. was first launched in 1981 under the name Heaventrain. It is mobile outreach center that teaches character building, personal responsibilities, and family commitment to 1,300 youth and children each week.

Lighthouse, Inc. provides primary items such as food and clothing allowing us to impact hundreds of families units within our community.
